Mission Statement:

Simmon's Woman Shelter and Emergency Abuse Care Facility offers a place for Women to come and learn crucial life skills that will help them to become a contributing factor in their communities. The main goal is to help women of all ages out of unsafe situations and bring them to a place where they can build a confident life free from abuse. However, the secondary mission will be to bring training for all ages and genders. This will fill a need within most urban cities to help reeducate and redefine people on what success really means. The goal is to create plans that will become self-supportive, empowerd and . This will be further explained within this proposal. a positive, unique, and quality environment that is designed to bring the best out of each child. Our program strives to meet the needs of the whole child intellectually emotionally, physically, and socially in a nurturing environment. It is our priority to motivate, educate, and inspire children during their developmental mile stone.

Our program objectives are as follows:

To become a model of excellence in servicing all Women placing more emphasis on the disadvantaged, inner-city Problems

Develop a successful management system

Encourage the development of satisfying relationships with peers and adults while learning to respect the rights of others

Recognize the stages of learning readiness in each individual Case

Assist in the development of oral language, expression of thoughts and feeling, and to expand knowledge about, Battered and Abused Women and Children.

Foster growth, development, and appropriate measures of Support needed

Support health and safety standards

Attain positive stages of social growth in each case through recreational activities

Talk to Women and not at them

Let Case problem's be priority

Meet the needs of the victums and her family
