Ad Sales Assistant Intern

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in prospecting new clients and securing ad sales for various publications, including magazines, trade journals, and newspapers.
Research to identify potential client’s needs and preferences, as well as analyze competitors’ advertising services, products, and pricing.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and pitches to clients, highlighting the benefits of advertising with our company.
Maintain client accounts and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in sales or advertising is preferred but not required.
